Tips for accessing your CurrencyFair account during public holidays
1) To log in to your CurrencyFair account or to add a new bank account, you will need to complete two-factor authentication. CurrencyFair supports two-factor authentication in two ways:
-
Phone - using your registered primary number, we will send verifications codes by text message or automated phone call.
-
Google Authenticator - you can opt in to Google Authenticator from your CurrencyFair profile. Find it on the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android. For even greater convenience, sync the Google Authenticator app to your CurrencyFair account.
2) To manage issues with accessing your primary phone number when abroad, add a secondary phone number in the My Profile > Phone Numbers section of your CurrencyFair account.
3) Please ensure you include your CFID when topping up your CurrencyFair account - this will mean that funds can be added to your account even if the office is closed.
Wishing you a safe and happy holiday season.
The CurrencyFair team.
