Many of our customers will be using CurrencyFair to send money abroad this holiday season. To help them plan their transfers and when their money arrives, we are sharing the dates and times our Payments Department and banking partners will be open during the Christmas period:

Cut-off times
On normal business days we make every effort to process all payments in line with our current cut-off times as per our exchange process times. Customers that need funds to be received before the 24th of December:
- Please ensure that payments are submitted well in advance of our suggested dates (below) to avoid any potential delays.
- Consider processing cut-off times when instructing your payment.

Our Customer Experience department closes on Tuesday the 24th of December at 14.00 GMT and reopens on Thursday the 26th of December at 21.00 GMT until Tuesday the 31st of December at 18.00 GMT.

To login to your CurrencyFair account or to add a new bank account over the holidays, customers will need to complete Two-Factor Authentication. Find out how to set this up here, or download it for iOS and Android. For even greater convenience, sync the Google Authenticator app to your CurrencyFair account.

To manage issues accessing your Primary phone number during this time, add a Secondary phone number before leaving for the holidays in the My Profile > Phone Numbers section of your CurrencyFair account
